Photography has been in my DNA since growing up watching my dad shoot on film. After years in digital camera sales and running a successful portrait photography business starting in 2016, I shifted my focus full-time to real estate in early 2020. Today, I combine technical expertise with an artistic eye to showcase properties at their absolute best—helping listings stand out and sell faster.
Meet Ethan
A Broadway High School graduate with a background in creative storytelling, Ethan brings both technical skill and an artistic perspective to our team. After completing a one-year internship at The Rock in Philadelphia, he returned home to join the business full-time as a photographer and FAA-certified drone pilot. Currently furthering his technical expertise through coursework at Massanutten Technical Center, Ethan specializes in capturing dynamic exterior, aerial, and interior media for our clients.
Meet Camden
Combining computer science training with creative media skills, Camden specializes in high-definition 360° tours and interactive 3D property walkthroughs. After earning Adobe certifications and capturing video and photo content at Broadway High School, he joined the family business to elevate listing media. Now taking classes at Massanutten Technical Center, he focuses on leveraging modern tech to give buyers interactive ways to tour homes.
Meet Chris
A Shenandoah Valley resident since 2009, Chris Carrillo brings an educator’s discipline and an artist’s eye to real estate photography. As a Professor of Trumpet at James Madison University, Chris maintains an active teaching and performance schedule from August through May, while stepping into expanded production during peak summer real estate months. His experience in portraiture, event, and higher-ed photography translates into deliberate compositions, clean architectural lighting, and exceptional attention to detail on every property.
