We are a local Photography family based in Broadway Virginia. We do everything from Weddings and family portraits to events and product photography. I've been interesting in photography since I bought my first digital camera in 2001. When my oldest son was born I was obsessed with documenting every second of his life. From there I started branching out and taking pictures of family, friends, landscapes, wildlife, etc. I bought my first DSLR about 10 years ago and it was a real game changer. It elevated my photography with the ability to change lenses and to have full control over exposure sensitivity, aperture, and shutter speed. In 2016 I decided to offer my services as a portrait photographer in hopes that I could quit my day job and make a career of photography. In 2017 I left my job to help my wife run her commercial cleaning business which gave me plenty of time to hone my skills as a photographer and to build a portfolio. Since then I've booked and shot sessions for almost 40 clients. I've shot weddings, engagements, family portraits, maternity, senior pictures and some product photography. Wedding Photography
My passion is wedding photography. Its the type of event that allows me to fully immerse myself in the creative and artistic style of picture taking that I crave. We offer full day coverage from the moment the bride and groom start getting ready until they drive off into the sunset and we'll capture every moment in between. My wife and I have teamed up on every wedding providing 2 shooters to ensure we catch every detail of your special day. She'll hang out with the brides and bridesmaids while I'll stay with the groom and groomsmen as each group gets ready. We recommend doing a first look before the ceremony to help capture that special moment when the groom first sees the bride. Then we provide complete coverage during the ceremony, bouquet toss, speeches, and first dance. We'll stay as long as you need to as you celebrate during the reception. When I look through the photos I've taken over the years the ones that really stand out are filled with emotion. Laughter, huge smiles, and love are the things in a photo that really move me to continue with my passion for photography. These moments can be captured during weddings, family portraits, maternity shoots, engagements sessions and more. I strive to build an immediate rapport with my clients to make them feel comfortable and at ease to be themselves and to enjoy the picture taking process.
